Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, has indicted former Morgan Stanley executive and well known energy investor, Morris Zukerman, for failing to pay over $4.5 million in taxes on a number of Old Master paintings. Zukerman is also accused of tax evasion in connection to the $130 million sale of an oil company he owned.
